You agree to use the weather data and services solely for the purpose stated during registration. The data provided through the Service is intended for informational and research purposes only.

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not:

• Use the data for commercial purposes without appropriate licensing
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack any aspect of the Service

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The weather data provided is owned by the respective station owners and is made available through licensing agreements. Users do not gain ownership rights to the data by accessing or downloading it through the Service.

6. Data Attribution Requirements

When using data from the Service in publications, presentations, or other materials, you must properly attribute the source as outlined in the data owner's website. For example, for AMRF, this would be:

"Data source: AMRF Weather Stations Network (Year)"

For scientific publications, a more detailed citation format may be required and will be provided upon request.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to ensure the Service is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems resulting in service interruptions, delays, or errors.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Service at any time for any reason without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

In no event shall AgVal Networks, T/A Climapp Technologies, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

When you request account deletion, we will schedule your personal data for removal after a 30-day grace period, during which you may cancel your deletion request. After this period, your personal information (such as name, email, and other identifiers) will be anonymized, while non-identifiable usage statistics will be retained for analytical purposes to support station network intstitutions's funding applications. This anonymized data cannot be traced back to you personally.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where AgVal Networks T/A ClimApp Technologies is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and/or by sending you an email.

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by them.
